The Army Historical Foundation invites you to take a moment to de-stress by enjoying an afternoon of yoga at the Museum.
Yoga is a valuable tool for reducing stress and increasing overall health and fitness. Join trained instructors for an afternoon of flow and sound meditation. After class, grab a coffee and some healthy snacks in the Museum Café or take some time to explore the exhibits.

You will stretch and strengthen every major joint, move and groove, sweat and celebrate, and then chill out in a relaxing savasana accompanied by a sound bath.
1:15 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. – Chill Flow
Chill flow is the perfect way to take it down a notch with an easy-going flow, poses to relieve sore and tight muscles, and extra time deepening into soothing breath work, meditation and savasana accompanied by a sound bath.
