Recognition

The Founding Sponsor Program recognizes the donors who are helping to make the National Museum of the United States Army a reality. In recognition of their support, all Founding Sponsors will be featured in electronic kiosks stationed near the entrance of the Museum once it is open.

The 1814 Society is the group of supporters who share a desire to see the Army’s history preserved and exhibited for future generations. Individuals are invited to join The 1814 Society with a gift of $1,000 or more. See the list here.

Major donor recognition is an integral part of the Army Historical Foundation’s Campaign for the Museum. Individuals, corporations, foundations, and organizations donating $50,000-$4,999,999 will be enrolled in the One-Star through Five-Star circles of distinction. Donors contributing $5,000,000 or more will be recognized in the Commander-in-Chief’s Circle.

For donations between $2,500 and $500,000, any veterans group or association can get their name on the Donor Wall in Veterans’ Hall – a special multi-purpose space to honor the service and sacrifice of America’s veterans
