From March 1, 2025 to April 1, 2025 The Army Historical Foundation will host a drop-off location for Operation Deploy Your Dress at the National Museum of the United States Army inside the Museum Store.
This is a wonderful way to give to the military community by donating your gently used formal wear and accessories for military events.
About Operation Deploy Your Dress
Operation Deploy Your Dress (ODYD) is a 501c3 International all volunteer nonprofits run by Military Spouses which began at Ft Bliss TX in 2015 and has grown to include 15 shops on military bases across the USA, Germany and our annual Pop-up here in the National Capital Region. ODYD’s primary goal has been to improve the quality of life of military family members by offsetting the high cost of attending formal military functions and other events. Over the years, we have received countless donations. To date, we have deployed more than 35,000 beautiful gowns nationwide, fostering community support and appreciation of our military, while also instilling camaraderie and the tradition of military balls within the military community.
